You realize what you're suggesting is totally authoritarian? Or is it authoritarily totalitarian? Anyway, pre-emptively curtailing people's access to OPEN SOURCE software is pointless because they can change the source to bypass any restriction. You can't muffle all kids in school just in case they mouth off at the teacher, that's not how it works and you know it. You're just morally outraged and are not thinking. Start thinking.
