Then he's tried under military tribunal because he committed treason in colluding with a foreign power (China) against the United States during a time of war (the Chi-Comms release of the COVID bio-weapon against us). When Obama is convicted as the traitorous scum that he is, then, as he is about to be executed by military firing squad, Trump can tell him, "The machines did it!"
