Nope. This picture is from Brazil. Cadaver recovered from a rural area, if I'm not mistaken. The military had to intervene because of the abuses perpetrated by one of these alien races on the local human population.
Now that the government has admitted the existence of legit UFO encounters, it's not a good time for articles that call this "a fantasy".
