The OPCW is a partial, politicized organization at the management level. Their own field teams concluded that the US, UK, German & French backed ISIS front groups such as the so-called "White Helmets" were staging unconvincing and amateurish mock-ups of "chemical attacks".

OPCW management, who are agents for Western Think Tanks & Intelligence Agencies, doctored the OPCW reports from Syria to come to conclusions opposite to those arrived by their own field teams.

The reality about Syria is that Globohomo and NATO are waging a proxy war on the side of ISIS terrorists to dislodge the Assad Government in favor of an ISIS controlled region that can then be used to pile pressure on Iran, Central Asia and Russia.
