Devil's always in the detail. Dan Andrews gleefully announced there are no rules any more - he meant far fewer mask requirement and no qr check in. Unvacced still can't go to entertainment, hospitality, gyms etc. Vacc mandates still in effect with 2 shots to work outside your home (even when his order was if you can work from home you should) and 3 shots for health, aged care and quarantine workers
