Found the substance I remember: Porcine zona pellucida.

Reading your first post that infertility drug used in vaccines had the same characteristics as the first couple of covid shots, needing to be kept sub -60°C with liquid nitrogen and required immediate usage. It needs two shots within a month or two of each other then one every six months.
