@SirSpeedBump @arzachel this is also why, in America, prosecutors charge people with a laundry list of offenses (many of which are ludicrous) so they can give a few of them up as chips during the plea deal: they want to incentivize the accused as much as possible to plead guilty so there is no trial.
Never take a plea deal.
