@Zenn_brown I’ve started posted the “how to repair the damage” articles. I will continue, but not having the time to dig them up just atm, yoghurt, iodine, & quercetin spring to mind
@arzachel@mastodon.derveni.org I do airborne, liquid D, antihistamine and some tonic water. Gotta look into quercetin. Was adding famotidine when I felt sick. Famotidine and antihistamine help stop the cytokine storm, supposedly. Stopped my bosses fever when she had it bad.
