Interesting dichotomy. I was on the NYC MTA '6 train' yesterday north-bound, maskless as always. The NYC MTA is NY state owned and operated. Two NYPD 'black-surgical-masked' cops got on at Parkchster/E 177th St. They were about 6' from me. I was on my phone reading noagendasocial.com/Mastodon posts. They rode for a few stops, got off at Zerega.They made no movement toward or comment of me.

This was the third time for me observing NYPD who observed me maskless; first since Hochul's mandate. It seems to me that the NYPD will not intrude unless requested by a business.
