Out of 36 cameras, 36 will be listed as working until you need evidence from one, at which point 35 will be listed as working.

Yeah, because actually very little stuff works anymore.
If they say 36 cameras are working, I believe 12 are working, but no more.

I'd say it's an exaggeration, but I find that generally everywhere I go, only half of what is needed is working.
This even includes computers which do NOT run Microsoft Windows.
