It's just a tactical retreat to regain the public's trust in the health care system "they" have hijacked, so that they can manipulate us again; and so the CDC's reputation is now being publicly sacrificed when it has nothing left to sacrifice, as it has reached zero. They're holding a hypocritical public mea culpa with lots of fake tears, and then that's it. Bill's as is saved.
