i think it's perverse to load the guilt of killing someone onto others. especially if you are perfectly capable of doing it yourself physically.

kind of side note, i think the "we can't do anything for you anymore" is equally perverse of the western medical system. might as well have tried doing ahayuasca with a shaman or something. those things don't are "evidence based" of course and so are regarded as bigger evil than killing people.
