I live on O'ahu, the narrative is that an electrical box sparked and started the wildfire. Now, as an islander, I know for a fact that as Maui is lush & green, it's unlikely that green plants would've caught fire that easily.
Now, we'll never know what the State of Hawaii is up to until the truth comes out (if it comes out).
It's clear what they're telling the locals there and what they're telling the rest of the state is totally different. But what she's saying is insane.
