Like most pro-vax videos this is bogus. They show this graph of declining measles deaths, and by 1963 when the vax was introduced they had declined supposedly 98.6%
(and the coincidence with normal body temperature leads me to believe even this number was probably made up), but if you look at 1962, they had dropped by nearly this amount prior to the introduction of the vax, and in fact it is a smooth descending curve right through 1963 suggesting the vax had no effect at all.
